Support tickets are responded to in the order they are received. We try to respond as quickly as possible but some times tickets get stacked and a backlog is created so please allow up to 3 business days for a response. Its rare you’ll ever wait more than 12 hours for a response, but occasionally it does happen. This is especially true for functionality errors because it has to be tested first before a response is generated to try and replicate the issue.
Your Auto Funnel Press v2 license is not active. Support is only available for active licenses. You can either renew your licenses from the Order History page (link in the left-hand menu) or you can purchase a license anew from the Purchase link in the main menu.
