The AFPv2 Network Block feature allows dynamic user parameters to be passed to the link output for participating members. It has a dynamic fall-back for the site admin user as well leaving nothing behind.
Each network block outputs for a single affiliate network defined in the AFP Settings. You can have as many as you want on as many pages as you like, but each one corresponds to a single network block output.
Manage Affiliate Networks
After you have added as many affiliate networks as you want in the AFP Affiliate Networks section of the AFP Settings in your admin back-end, you can start place these on your front-end.
Network Block (WordPress Editor)
If you’re using the default WordPress block editor, adding a network block is pretty simple.
You can click on the “Toggle Block Inserter” button in the top-left of the editor screen to see a list of blocks you can add to the content. With this toggled you can click on any of these blocks and it drops them right into the content section of the page for you to make additional modifications to.
You can search for blocks, in this case typing in “Network” will show the Affiliate Network block to select.
Now that you have your network block added, you can manage all the output and layout settings on the right side under the block settings section.
You’ll have to choose one of your affiliate networks from the drop-down before this block will work.
The WordPress editor blocks have some layout, output options but otherwise they are minimally styled to grab design and colors from your theme.
Network Block (Elementor Pro Editor)
If you’re using the Elementor Pro editor with the AFPv2 Elementor extension, adding a network block is the same as adding any Elementor element.
Navigate down to the AFPv2 block section and drag the network block from the list onto the content area it says to “Drag widget here”.
Now that you have your network block added, you can manage all the output and layout settings in the elementor element editor sidebar.
You’ll have to choose one of your affiliate networks from the drop-down before this block will work, but afterwards you’ll be able to edit in real-time and adjust some of the output options you want.
